What should I do real estate or cattle? - cattle loans
Car owners should invest or to buy cows. I live in a small town in south Texas, where everything is cheap, for example, I was thinking about buying a rental 50x150 lot for $ 3000.00 in the city limits and the placement of mobile homes to be there immediately. Or, for a loan in the amount of 4.5% at 40 years, will get 100 acres, right along the fence line, where I live. So it will be easy for cattle next to me. Can someone help me decide.
