I want one with a star on the wrist, but I still hurt by a tattoo on my wrist. Could a very small tattoo on the wrist still hurts?

My friend has a tattoo on his wrist and told me it was more a burning sensation. She took it like a champ. If you want bad enough, comes the pain does not count.
