  1. Yes, salads and any kind of soluble or insoluble for diverticulosis is good because it helps prevent constipation, the main cause of diverticulosis. The most important thing is that you do physical exercise, which puts more pressure on the colon and causes diverticula to prevent more. Everyone thought that nuts and seeds should be avoided, but that was not true. Too much to drink and exercise.
